Extended Stay America provides accessibility features for our guests with disabilities. Accessible features available include but are not limited to:
Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.
Accessible parking for vans and standard automobiles, including proper striping and signage
Accessible access aisles.
An accessible entrance with sufficient door width and level landings.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. A guest with a mobility disability should provide the request for bed frame removal no later than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of check-in. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Staff was very helpful, I give them 5 stars. All in all I had a good stay in Florida. However, the room was a little dirty and other guests smoked marijuana and vape pens in their rooms and elevator as you could clearly smell it. The hallways and elevator also could use a cleaning. I would have given a better review if it wasn’t for the smell of marijuana and vape pens. It’s very disrespectful for anyone to vape and smoke in a smoke free facility. They have laundry facilities for guests, the machines need to be serviced because they are not efficient. It was fairly expensive for a load of laundry.

I must say I like the review from April Harmon because of course she will suck up as the staff allows her to clean hotel rooms several times a week, today 4-13 being one of the days she’s out cleaning rooms in exchange for free nights. I was under the impression that guests were NOT allowed to work at the hotel if they live in the hotel?? But see, April does live in the hotel, but isn’t receiving a paycheck per se, she is getting free full nights off her weekly rent. In my opinion that’s disgusting as we’re all struggling these days. April least of all but she uses her grandkid as a ploy to make ppl feel bad. If only people knew how she beats on that kid and does coke on a regular. Yea she can buy coke while getting free nights off her room. It’s no wonder these people are complaining about how nasty the rooms are because you should see Aprils nasty room. It only makes sense. Of course staff will cave into April when she lets the workers (Cheryl) use her (Aprils) vehicle regularly. The favoritism at this place is like a kindergarten classroom. Corporate needs to stop worrying about trash bags and start worrying abt the staff exchanging free room rent for use of guest vehicles. We all have to pay rent to stay, if we don’t pay we have to leave. See hardworking single moms apparently do not qualify for the free nights for housekeeping deal. Only leeching kiss a@@ already gets handing everything taken care of child abusing coke addicts do. That’s pretty backwards in my opinion. Nice lying review April Harmon of course you would lie as it’s ALL SHE EVER DOES. April lies and covers for staff and staff lies and covers for her.
I’ll put it this way, I’m pretty positive that if April was forced out because she couldn’t keep up with the room rent, after having offered many times to clean rooms as well in exchange for free or even discounted rent and was told no, and the very same day find that some favorited quest was doing the very thing she had just asked for, she’d be pretty pissed too. I’ll be reporting this to BBB and guest relations as well. If you’re going to do for one then you should do for all, if not then dont do it at ALL. Yall have no clue how grimy that April is. She puts a whole new definition on lying and scheming. Even thought that’s not the point. The point is that it’s wrong. If your going to do deals like that it’s shld be with everyone and not just someone that cooks dinners for staff buys groceries for staff and loans her car out to staff. We all don’t have $ like that to throw around bc we work for a living we’re not handed everything, nor do we have a kid to use for sympathy. Don’t feel bad for her she’s milking the hell out of it I promise you. If anyone deserves to get free rent for working housekeeping it’s the one that truly are struggling to get thru to the next days rent, NOT THE ONES THAT CAN AFFORD TO SPEND A FEW HUNDRED ON COCAINE. CORPORATE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!
